Fall Back: On Me ("Fall Back") is designed to help you remember the everyday things that are easy to overlook while keeping your information private. This policy explains what information is used by Fall Back, how it is stored, and how your data is treated.
Information You Enter
Fall Back allows you to create and manage the things you want to remember and keep track of.
This may include:
- Items and recurring responsibilities you choose to track
- Completion dates and history
- Notes
- Categories and custom items
- Reminder preferences and intervals
- Vehicle information, mileage, and maintenance history
- Equipment, appliance, or household item details
- Model numbers, serial numbers, installation dates, and other custom details
- Photos you choose to associate with an item
- Other information you choose to enter
This information is used to provide Fall Back's features and is not sold to third parties.
Photos and Camera Access
Fall Back may allow you to add photos to items you choose to track, such as an equipment label, model or serial number, appliance information, or another image you want to keep with an item.
If you choose to use this feature, the app may request permission to access your camera or photo library. These permissions are optional and are only used when you choose to add a photo.
Photos added to Fall Back are intended to remain stored locally with your app data and are not uploaded to an ADMIN Foundry photo library or cloud database.
Your Fall Back Data
The information you enter into Fall Back is intended to remain private and under your control.
Fall Back stores your tracking information locally on your device to provide app functionality. ADMIN Foundry does not maintain a separate cloud database containing your tracked items, completion history, notes, photos, item details, vehicle mileage, or maintenance records.
Deleting Fall Back from your device may remove locally stored information that has not been preserved through your device's backup services.
Accounts
Fall Back does not require you to create an ADMIN Foundry account, username, password, or user profile.
You can use Fall Back without providing ADMIN Foundry with your name, email address, or other account information.
Notifications and Reminders
Fall Back may request permission to send notifications when you choose to use reminder features.
Reminders are used to help you remember items you have chosen to track. Notification permission is optional and may be changed or revoked at any time through your device settings.
Fall Back does not use notifications for third-party advertising.
Vehicle Information
Fall Back includes optional vehicle maintenance features. If you choose to use these features, you may enter information such as a vehicle nickname, year, make, model, trim, engine, odometer readings, service intervals, and maintenance history.
Vehicle information you enter is used to provide Fall Back's maintenance tracking features and is stored locally on your device.
ADMIN Foundry does not sell vehicle information or use it for advertising or marketing.
App Store Purchases
Fall Back may be purchased or downloaded through Apple's App Store. App Store transactions and payment information are processed by Apple.
ADMIN Foundry does not receive or store your payment card information.
Information We Do Not Collect
Unless a feature clearly requests additional information or permission, Fall Back is not designed to collect:
- Precise location data
- Your contacts or address book
- Health or medical records
- Bank account information
- Payment card information
- Advertising identifiers for third-party advertising
- Personal information for third-party marketing purposes
Device Storage and Backups
Fall Back stores app information locally on your device.
Depending on your device settings, locally stored information may also be included in backups provided by Apple or other operating system services.
ADMIN Foundry does not control your personal device backups.
Data Sharing
ADMIN Foundry does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Fall Back may rely on services provided by Apple for functions such as App Store distribution, purchase processing, notifications, device storage, and device backups.
Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Data Security
Fall Back is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping user-entered tracking information locally on your device rather than maintaining a separate ADMIN Foundry account or cloud database.
No device, application, storage system, or electronic method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and device accounts.
Deleting Your Data
You may edit or delete information stored within Fall Back using the controls available in the app.
Because Fall Back does not require an ADMIN Foundry account or maintain a separate cloud database containing your tracking data, there is no Fall Back account that must be closed when you stop using the app.
Removing Fall Back from your device generally removes locally stored app information from that device. Copies may remain in device backups controlled by you or your platform provider.
Children's Privacy
Fall Back is a general-purpose utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
ADMIN Foundry does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Fall Back for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your Choices and Controls
You may:
- Edit or delete information stored within Fall Back
- Choose which items you want to track
- Choose whether to use reminders
- Enable or disable notification permission through your device settings
- Choose whether to add photos to tracked items
- Manage camera and photo permissions through your device settings
- Choose whether to use vehicle maintenance features
- Remove Fall Back from your device
- Contact us regarding privacy-related concerns
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Fall Back changes or as new features are introduced. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
If a future version of Fall Back materially changes how information is collected, stored, or used, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
