PlannerHub is designed to help you organize your life
while keeping your information private and under your
control.
This policy explains what information may be handled by
PlannerHub, how it is used, and the choices you have when
using the app.
Information You Enter
PlannerHub allows you to create and manage schedules, tasks, goals, budgets, family plans, school information, notes, appointments, and other planning-related content.
This information is used to provide PlannerHub's features. ADMIN Foundry does not sell your planner content to third parties.
Profile Information
PlannerHub includes an optional profile section where you may enter information such as your first name, last name, birthday, greeting preference, preferred start of the week, and time format.
Profile information is used to personalize your experience, including greetings and planner preferences. You are not required to complete every profile field to use PlannerHub.
Your Planner Data
Your planner content is intended to remain private and under your control. PlannerHub may store information locally on your device to provide app functionality.
This may include:
- Tasks, notes, and goals
- Schedules, events, and appointments
- Budgets, bills, and savings goals
- School, business, personal, and family planning content
- Profile information and app preferences
Deleting PlannerHub, clearing its data, losing or replacing your device, or other device-related events may result in the loss of information stored locally on that device.
Calendar Access & Synchronization
PlannerHub may request permission to access your device's calendar when you choose to use calendar synchronization features.
Depending on the features you enable, PlannerHub may:
- Read calendar events to display schedule information within PlannerHub
- Create PlannerHub events in your device's calendar
- Update or remove calendar events created through PlannerHub
- Synchronize planner schedules with supported calendar applications
Calendar access is optional. You may deny or revoke calendar permission through your device settings. Calendar-related features may not function when the necessary permission is disabled.
ADMIN Foundry does not sell calendar information or use it for targeted advertising.
Smart Calendar Links
PlannerHub may allow you to generate a Smart Calendar subscription link for use with compatible calendar applications.
A Smart Calendar link may contain or provide access to calendar information that you choose to include. Anyone who obtains that link may be able to view the information made available through it.
You are responsible for keeping Smart Calendar links private and sharing them only with people or services you trust.
Where PlannerHub provides the option, you may disable or stop using a Smart Calendar link when you no longer want it to provide access.
Purchases & All Access
PlannerHub may offer optional one-time purchases for individual planners as well as an All Access purchase option that unlocks the planners or features included with that offering.
Purchases made through the iOS version of PlannerHub are processed by Apple through the App Store and may be managed with RevenueCat.
ADMIN Foundry does not receive or store your payment card information.
Purchase Information
Limited purchase information may be processed as necessary to verify transactions, determine access rights, restore purchases, and unlock paid features.
This may include:
- Product or planner purchased
- Purchase or entitlement status
- Subscription status, when an applicable subscription product is offered
- Identifiers necessary to manage or restore access to purchased features
This information is used to provide and manage PlannerHub's paid features and purchases.
Information We Don't Intentionally Collect
Unless you intentionally enter information into PlannerHub or enable an optional feature requiring it, PlannerHub is not designed to collect:
- Precise location data
- Your contacts or address book
- Your photos or photo library
- Health or medical information
- Bank account information
- Payment card information
- Advertising identifiers for third-party advertising
- Personal information for third-party marketing purposes
Data Sharing & Service Providers
ADMIN Foundry does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Limited information may be processed by services necessary to provide certain PlannerHub features, including:
- Apple and the App Store for purchase processing and app distribution
- RevenueCat for purchase verification, entitlement management, and purchase restoration
- Calendar applications or services selected by you when you enable calendar synchronization or use a Smart Calendar link
Information processed by third-party services is also subject to their respective privacy practices and terms.
Data Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by PlannerHub. However, no device, application, storage system, calendar link, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for keeping any Smart Calendar links private.
Children's Privacy
PlannerHub may be used by students and families of various ages. PlannerHub is not designed to collect personal information from children for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's use of the app, particularly when profile information, calendar synchronization, or Smart Calendar links are used.
Your Choices & Controls
Depending on the features you use, you may:
- Edit or delete information stored within PlannerHub
- Leave optional profile fields blank
- Enable or disable calendar access through your device settings
- Choose whether to use calendar synchronization
- Choose whether to generate or share a Smart Calendar link
- Restore eligible purchases through the app
- Manage applicable App Store purchases or subscriptions through your Apple Account
- Remove PlannerHub from your device
- Contact ADMIN Foundry regarding privacy-related questions or concerns
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PlannerHub changes, new features are introduced, or our privacy practices evolve.
When changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be changed.
