Terms of Use — PlannerHub
These Terms of Use explain the conditions that apply when
you download, access, purchase, or use PlannerHub.
By downloading or using PlannerHub, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use
the app.
1. About PlannerHub
PlannerHub is an organizational and planning application designed to help users manage everyday information, including schedules, tasks, goals, budgets, school planning, family planning, business planning, notes, appointments, and related information.
PlannerHub is provided by ADMIN Foundry, LLC.
2. Personal Use & License
PlannerHub is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.
You agree not to misuse PlannerHub, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute the application, reverse engineer it except where permitted by applicable law, or use PlannerHub for unlawful purposes.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the schedules, notes, tasks, goals, budgets, appointments, planner information, and other original content you create or enter within PlannerHub.
ADMIN Foundry does not claim ownership of your personal planner content merely because you created or stored it using PlannerHub.
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter, create, or store in the app.
4. Local Data & Data Loss
PlannerHub may store planner information and preferences locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups when available. Removing PlannerHub, clearing app data, losing or replacing your device, software failures, device failures, or other events may result in the loss of locally stored information.
ADMIN Foundry cannot guarantee that information stored locally on your device can be recovered after it has been deleted or lost.
5. Calendar Features
PlannerHub may provide optional features that interact with calendars on your device or with compatible calendar applications.
When you enable these features, PlannerHub may read, create, update, or remove calendar information as necessary to perform the action you request and as permitted by your device settings.
Calendar permissions are optional. Disabling a required permission may prevent certain calendar features from functioning.
You are responsible for reviewing calendar information and confirming that important dates, appointments, deadlines, and events are accurate.
6. Smart Calendar Links
PlannerHub may allow you to create a Smart Calendar subscription link that can be used with compatible calendar applications or services.
A Smart Calendar link may provide access to calendar information you choose to make available through that link.
Anyone who obtains a Smart Calendar link may be able to view the information available through it.
You are responsible for protecting Smart Calendar links and sharing them only with people or services you trust.
7. Purchases & All Access
PlannerHub may offer optional paid products, including one-time purchases for individual planners and an All Access option that unlocks the planners or features included with that offering.
The price, purchase type, billing period, and other applicable details are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
Purchases made through the iOS version of PlannerHub are processed by Apple through the App Store. ADMIN Foundry does not receive or store your payment card information.
If a product is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, it will renew according to the terms presented by Apple at the time of purchase unless canceled through your Apple Account.
Purchase availability, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund matters may also be governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies.
8. Purchase Access & Restoration
PlannerHub may use purchase information provided by Apple and services such as RevenueCat to determine access to paid planners or features and to restore eligible purchases.
Restored access is subject to the purchase information associated with your applicable App Store account and the availability of the purchased product.
9. Budgeting & Financial Planning Tools
PlannerHub may include tools for organizing budgets, bills, savings goals, expenses, or other financial planning information.
These tools are provided for personal organization and informational purposes only.
PlannerHub does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
You are responsible for reviewing information entered into PlannerHub and for making your own financial decisions.
10. Reminders, Dates & Notifications
PlannerHub may provide reminders, calendar information, schedules, dates, or notifications to help organize your plans.
Notifications and reminders can be affected by device settings, permissions, operating system behavior, software updates, connectivity, or other factors outside ADMIN Foundry's control.
PlannerHub should not be your only method of remembering critical appointments, deadlines, payments, medications, emergencies, or other time-sensitive responsibilities.
11. Privacy
Your use of PlannerHub is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the app is handled.
12. Intellectual Property
PlannerHub, including its branding, visual design, software, original text, graphics, features, and other original app content, is owned by or licensed to ADMIN Foundry, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit ADMIN Foundry's intellectual property.
These Terms do not give ADMIN Foundry ownership of your original planner content.
13. Availability & Changes to PlannerHub
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue PlannerHub features as the app develops.
We work to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, calendar application, or third-party service.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlannerHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ADMIN Foundry does not guarantee that PlannerHub will meet every user's needs or that the app will always operate without errors, interruptions, synchronization issues, notification failures, or data loss.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADMIN Foundry, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on PlannerHub.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from inaccurate user-entered information, missed reminders or notifications, calendar synchronization issues, Smart Calendar links, financial planning information, or loss of locally stored data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as PlannerHub changes, our business practices evolve, or legal requirements change.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be changed.
Your continued use of PlannerHub after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
